What constitutes processing
Processing means any action or set of actions performed on personal data — whether using automation tools or without them. In particular: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Categories of processed data
The Data Controller processes the following categories of data provided by you in forms and messages:
- last name, first name;
- contact phone number or WhatsApp number;
- Telegram username (if provided);
- email address (if provided);
- information from completed forms: selected excursion, date, number of participants, comments and preferences.
Collection of special categories of personal data (e.g., health information, religious beliefs) is not performed by the Data Controller.
Purposes of processing
The data is needed to:
- contact you and respond to your request;
- confirm the booking, clarify details, arrange a meeting and escort;
- transfer the necessary information to a partner service provider (e.g., tour operator) — only to the extent needed to fulfill the service;
- send you follow-up messages specifically related to your request.
Sending advertising or marketing messages without your separate consent is not performed.
Methods and periods of processing
Processing is carried out using automation tools and without them. Data is stored in encrypted form on messenger servers (Telegram, WhatsApp), in the Data Controller's personal records, and, when necessary, on partner service provider platforms.
Retention period: until your request is fulfilled and 12 months thereafter, for resolving potential disputes. After the period expires, data is destroyed or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion — see the "Consent withdrawal" section.
Cross-border data transfer
Due to the fact that the Data Controller is physically located in the Kingdom of Thailand, part of the processing technically occurs outside the territory of the Russian Federation. You express consent to such cross-border data transfer to the extent necessary to provide services on the island of Phuket.
Consent withdrawal
This consent is valid indefinitely — until the moment of its withdrawal. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Data Controller:

In your message, include your name and the contact you used when submitting the form — this is sufficient for identification. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Data Controller will cease processing and destroy the data within 30 days, except for information that must be retained by law.
