About the trip

Koh Phangan – Full Moon Party

The travel agency "Phuket Tropic Tours" invites you to immerse yourself in a world of neon colors, fiery rhythms, and an unforgettable festive atmosphere under the full moon at the Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan in Thailand. We will organize the perfect trip for you from Phuket to this epic festival.

What is the Full Moon Party?

The Full Moon Party is not just a disco on the beach. It is a cultural phenomenon that attracts from 10,000 to 30,000 people to Haad Rin beach on Koh Phangan every month.

A brief history. The legend says that the first party took place in the mid-1980s as a small impromptu celebration of a tourist group's birthday. The beauty of the full moon over the Gulf of Thailand impressed them so much that they decided to return here again and again. Over the years, rumors of the magical night on the paradise island spread among backpackers, and the modest gathering turned into one of the largest and most famous beach events in the world.

Full Moon Party today. The modern party is a huge kaleidoscope of entertainment. All night long, the Haad Rin coastline on Koh Phangan pulses with energy. Numerous bars and sound systems set up right on the sand play music for every taste: from trance, house, and drum and bass to reggae, hip-hop, and popular hits. The air is filled with the buzz of fun, and the beach shines with neon colors, fire shows, and the smiles of thousands of people.

What awaits you?

Invite to the party on Koh Phangan that you will never forget! Here’s what makes this event so special:

• Musical diversity: Dozens of DJs play sets for every taste. You can dance to techno at one bar, and 50 meters away enjoy calm reggae.
• Neon colors: A must-have attribute of the party! Throughout the beach, there are talented artists ready to paint your body with fluorescent paints. Become a living work of art!
• Phangan Bucket: Signature cocktail bucket. It's a small plastic bucket in which strong alcohol (usually local rum or vodka), soda, and energy drink are mixed.
• Fire shows: Professional fire performers put on thrilling performances: jumping through fire rings, spinning fire poles, and much more. This is an incredible sight, especially against the backdrop of the night sea.
• Atmosphere of unity: Thousands of people from all corners of the planet, united by the desire to have fun and celebrate life. It's easy to make new acquaintances and find friends here.
